Why traditional CRMs lose context from social conversations
Traditional CRMs are good at structured records. Social conversations are not structured records, which is why important context is often lost before a relationship ever reaches the CRM.
A CRM record usually starts after the interesting part
By the time someone is entered into a traditional CRM, there may already have been multiple comments, posts, messages, and public conversations that explain why the relationship exists.
If that history is reduced to a name and a short note, much of the useful context disappears.

Copying context manually does not scale
Teams can manually paste links and notes into CRM records, but the process is inconsistent and easy to skip. It also becomes stale as the person continues interacting elsewhere.
The result is a record that technically exists but does not tell the full story.
Relationship context should be continuous
A better model is to treat the relationship as a living context layer. Conversations, useful details, notes, tasks, activity, and future interactions should contribute to the same understanding of the person.
That makes it easier to answer simple but important questions: Have we spoken before? What did they care about? What happened last? Is there anything I need to do next?
Bantico is built around that missing layer
Bantico connects social conversations to organized relationships so the context does not disappear when an interaction ends. Starting with Reddit, the platform combines discovery, relationship history, AI summaries, useful-detail extraction, watchlists, and follow-ups.
